浅谈基层动监所如何防控布病的传播

How to Prevention and Control the Infection of Brucellosis by the Health Inspection Authority of Animal

布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌感染引起的重要人畜共患传染病之一,是我国《传染病防治法》中列为乙类管理的传染病。几乎遍布世界各地,危害十分严重。近十年,随着我国牛羊养殖业的发展,布病有反弹趋势,不仅给畜牧业带来经济损失,还威胁人类健康。面对身边发生的病例,令人反思。基层动监所该如何做配合卫生部门预防、阻断、减少畜间、人间共患病传播发生,以布病为例进行探讨。

Brucellosis is one of important zoonosis caused by brucella infection, and it is the B class management in the law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases in our coun- try. It is one of the harmful and dangerous infectious disease worldwide, in recent years, alone with the development of cattle and sheep breeding industry, the situation of Brucellosis from band to worse. Not only cause the lost of economy, but also affect the health of human being. It is worth reflecting on cases which happened in the society. This paper will analysis how to work with department of health to prevent, reduce, and interdict the infect between human and live- stock is our goal.
