摘要
随着我国保险业的快速发展,保险欺诈数量也随之逐年上升。欺诈问题的存在,不仅给保险业的稳健经营带来了挑战,也严重损害了保险消费者权益。本文通过大数据分析的方法,探讨了提升保险公司的反欺诈能力,切实保护消费者权益的若干问题。
With the rapid development of China's insurance industry, the number of insurance fraud also increased year by year. Fraud problem has not only brought challenges to the steady operation of the insurance industry, but also seriously damaged the interests of insurance consumers. Through big data analysis, this article discusses methods how to enhance the ability of the insurance company's anti-fraud, and effectively protect the interests of consumers.
