摘要
基于ARM Cortex-M3内核设计了一种嵌入式系统智能控制器,采用低价位、高性能的微控制器STM32F103作为主控芯片,并详细介绍了基于嵌入式系统的小型生物质锅炉智能控制器的主要硬件电路设计和软件设计。将该控制器应用在小型生物质锅炉上,记录供暖期间的实际数据,与供暖模型的计算数据进行对比,结果表明:该控制器信号传输稳定、实时性好,而且使室内温度始终保持在最佳舒适度范围内。
An intelligent controller with an embedded system was designed based onARMCortex-M3which adopted low price and high performance microcontroller STM32F103 as main control chip. The main hardware circuit and softwaredesignof the intelligent controller used for small biomass boilerswasillustrated in the paper. The experimental resultswhich recorded the practical heating datafrom the controller used in the small biomass boilersshowed that the controller signal transmission was stability, good real-time, and made indoor temperature always stay within the scope of users the best comfort compared with data from heating model calculation.
