电力需求侧管理中可中断负荷的成本效益分析初探 被引量:3

摘要 随着电力市场的发展和电力体制改革的不断深入,电力需求时间不平衡现象增加了电网运行的压力和供需之间的矛盾,为了解决这一矛盾,电力需求侧管理(DSM)越来越被大多数人所认同,并成为综合资源规划的重要组成部分。可中断负荷管理作为需求侧管理的重要组成部分,其成本效益分析是能够顺利实施可中断负荷措施的理论依据。通过分析五方收益成本模型,建立了五方成本收益关系图,并以电网公司为例,根据可免成本理论,从可免成本和费用损失两方面对电网公司进行了成本效益经济分析。 With the development of the electricity market and the deepening of electric power system reform, electricity demand imbalance increases the power grid operation pressure and contradictions between supply and demand. In order to resolve this contradiction, power demand side management (DSM) is increasingly being recognized by most people, and becoming an important part of integrated resource planning. As an important part of the demand side management, the cost-benefit analysis is the theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of the load management. By analyzing the five benefits costs model, the five cost-benefit relationship had been established, and the cost-benefit analysis for the power grid corporation had been carried out from two aspects of the cost and expense loss according to the cost-free theory.
