地方高校青年教师工作状态影响因素的调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Factors Influencing Young Teachers' Job Status in Local University

基于调查数据分析显示:地方高校青年教师工作状态介于一般和较好之间。工作状态的影响因素中,满意度较高的三个因素依次是职业认同、人际关系、工作条件,而满意度较低的三个因素依次是报酬、发展机会和组织支持。而不同性别、年龄、职称和学历的青年教师的工作状态及其影响因素也有显著差异。提高报酬、提供发展机会、加强组织支持应是提升地方高校青年教师工作状态的有效途径。

The analysis of the survey data finds the job status of the young teachers in local universities is between the general and better. Among the influential factors of job status, three factors of higher satisfaction are professional identity, relationships, work conditions, while the low satisfaction factors are reward, opportunities for development and organizational support. Job status and its influential factors of the young teachers of different gender, age, job title and academic qualifications are also significant differences. Improving remuneration, providing development opportunities and organizational support should be an effective way to enhance the job status.
