教师培训中利用MOOC资源实施翻转课堂的实践探索

摘要 教师培训是提升中小学教师素质的重要途径。针对当前教师培训课堂中存在学员参与度不高、培训内容偏重理论化、考核方式过于单一等常规问题,利用MOOC资源对教师培训课堂进行翻转课堂实验。实践表明,它有助于推进培训课堂教学由"以教为主"向"以学为主"转变,减少传统授课方式,加强课堂教学互动,激发学员学习的主动性,提高学员在课堂教学中的参与性。 Teacher training is an important way to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers. In the current teacher training classroom, there are some common problems such as the low degree of learners' participation, the emphasis on the theorization of the training content, the oversingle way of assessment. The author uses the MOOC resource to carry out the flipped classroom experiment in the teacher training classroom, which changes the training classroom teaching from "to teach" to "to learn", reducing traditional teaching methods, strengthening interaction, stimulating learning initiative, improving learners' classroom participation.
