大学生创业意识提升策略

A Study on College Students' Awareness of Entrepreneurship

随着我国就业压力的持续增加,转变思路,以创业带动就业不仅可以缓解就业压力,也能实现高校毕业生更加充分和更高质量的就业。文章通过详细阐述目前大学生创业意识方面存在盲目性等问题,认为主要成因包括传统文化、传统教育和社会环境因素等影响,提出了相应的提升大学生创业意识的策略。

With the growing difficult situation of employment in China, starting businesses can not only relieve the pressure but also help to make college students＇ employment more sufficient. The paper lists detailed problems of awareness of entrepreneurship by college students and main reasons of such problems. At the same time, it provides strategies of improving such awareness.
