双创时代大学生创业行为的影响因素

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students Entrepreneurial Behavior under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

文章选取高度市场化的宁波作为调研地,对宁波市9所高校在校大学生进行抽样调查,从个人因素、家庭因素、学校因素和创业政策四个方面来分析影响大学生创业行为的具体因素,借助SPSS20统计软件进行二元Logistic回归分析,根据实证分析结果,提出培养大学生创业兴趣、提高创业政策实效性、开展差异化创业教育和营造校园创业氛围等四个方面提出促进大学生创业行为的对策与建议。

Taking a high degree of marketized city of Ningbo for the research, 9 colleges and univer- sities undergraduates as survey samples, four aspects of personal factors, family factors, school factors arid entrepreneurship policy are analyzed in the paper to study specific factors that influence students＇ entrepreneurial behavior, with the help of the software of SPSS20 statistical in binary logistic regression analysis. According to the results of empirical analysis, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects： cultivating students＇ interest in entrepreneurship, improving entrepreneurship policy effec- tiveness, organizing different entrepreneurship education and building campus entrepreneurship atmosphere to promote students＇ entrepreneurial behavior.
