From January 23rd to 27th, 2017, CIIS President Su Ge and Vice President Rong Ying attended the 15th Russia-India- China Trilateral Academic Conference, held by the Institute of Chinese Studies （ICS） in New Delhi. Experts and scholars from the three countries explored issues of common concern, including current trends of bilateral relations within the RIC framework, challenges in framing an RIC agenda and response to terrorism, shaping a joint cooperative agenda for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO）, and RIC perspectives on the existing international law.
