基于文献的小儿湿疹用药规律的数据挖掘研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的基于文献探讨中医药治疗小儿湿疹的用药规律,为临床提供参考。方法检索近10年中医药治疗小儿湿疹的有效文献127篇,以中医传承辅助平台(VI.1)软件为基础建立用药数据库,利用软件数据分析模块中的"方剂分析""统计报表"功能,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,从单味药频次、药对、多味药3个层面及组方规律和新处方进行研究分析。结果单味药频次前10位的依次为茯苓、白鲜皮、甘草、地肤子、蝉蜕、生地黄、防风、金银花、当归、苦参;核心药物组合为当归-白芍-青皮、当归-防风-槟榔、六神曲-麦芽-山楂、六神曲-板蓝根-枳壳、六神曲-枳壳-半枝莲、薏苡仁-陈皮-厚朴、连翘-赤小豆-麻黄、全蝎-白花蛇舌草-麻黄等;发现新方4首,分别为麻黄-蒲公英-紫花地丁-大青叶、赤小豆-连翘-麻黄-大青叶、地肤子-赤芍-蝉蜕-半枝莲、地肤子-赤芍-蝉蜕-白鲜皮。结论通过数据挖掘,找出治疗小儿湿疹常用的药、方,为中医学者临床诊治提供新的思路。 Objective To provide a reference for clinical treatment by research on the data of medication rule for eczema in children based on literature.Methods 127 effective medicinal literatures focusing on the treatment of eczema with TCM in recent 10 years were reviewed and searched.Then applied unsupervised data mining method under association rules by "formula analysis"and"statistical form",set up a data base for medication rule based on VI.1 software platform to make a research and analysis of formula formation pattern and new prescriptions from application frequency of single and various medicine as well as medicine suits.Results According to the frequency of single medicine,the top 10 are,in order,Fuling(Poria),Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni Radicis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Difuzi(Fructus Kochiae),Chantui(Periostracum Cryptotympanae),Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae),Danggui(Angelica Sinensis),Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis).Main pharmaceutical compositions include Danggui(Angelica Sinensis)-Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Qingpi(Fructus Citri Reticulatae Immaturus),Danggui(Angelica Sinensis)-Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)-Binglang(Semen Arecae),Liushenqu(Medicated Leaven)-Maiya(Fructus Hordei Germinatus)-Shanzha(Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae),Liushenqu(Medicated Leaven)-Banlangen(Radix Isatidis)-Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii Submaturus),Liushenqu(Medicated Leaven)-Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii Submaturus)-Banzhilian(Sculellaria barbata),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)-Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)-Houpu(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae)-Chixiaodou(Phaseolus Calcaratus)-Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae),Quanxie(Scorpion)-Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyotidis)-Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae).New 4 formulas has been found,they are Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)-Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci Mongolici)-Zihuadiding(Herba Violae)-Daqingye(Folium Isatidis),Chixiaodou(Phaseolus Calcaratus)-Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae)-Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)-Daqingye(Folium Isatidis),Difuzi(Fructus Kochiae)-Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra)-Chantui(Periostracum Cryptotympanae)-Banzhilian(Sculellaria Barbata),Difuzi(Fructus Kochiae)-Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra)-Chantui(Periostracum Cryptotympanae)-Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni Radicis).Conclusion Find out common medicine and formula to treat eczema in children,which can provide new treatment thoughts for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
