中药透皮给药佐治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome treated adjunctively with herbal penetration therapy

目的观察中药透皮给药佐治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的80例肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药透皮给药,治疗7 d后观察2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,经统计分析,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为90.0%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药透皮给药佐治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome treated adjunctively with herbal penetration therapy.Methods 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome were randomized into control group and therapy group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine therapy,while the therapy group was given herbal penetration therapy at the basis of therapy of control group.After treated for7 days,the total effective rate of two groups was observed.Results The time of temperature recovery,lung rale disappearance and hospitalization in therapy group were shorter than time of these in control group with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 100.0%in therapy group and 90.0% in control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Being superior to purely Western medicine therapy,herbal penetration therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
