泻白散实可清脾刍议

Xiebai San can clear the spleen

泻白散既有泻肺之意,又有清脾之实。临证时以小儿夜间手、足心或腹部发热为主,可辨证为脾热,即用此方,随症加减,疗效显著,并附胃脘痛、夜啼、热淋、咳喘案例以验证。

Xiebai San can purge lung and clear spleen.In diagnosis,if a patient appears some symptoms such as heat in plam of hand or abdomen fever at night,it can be diagnosed as the spleen-heat syndrome and treated with Xiebai San modified according to symptoms,which can get an obvious curative effect.Some cases of epigastric pain,night cry,heat strangury,cough and asthma were attached for verification.
