中西医结合治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎临床研究

Clinical study on infantile acute viral myocarditis treated with combined Chinese and Western medicine

目的研究中西医结合治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将2014年11月至2015年12月我院收治的116例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各58例。对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上运用自拟中药方治疗,6周后统计2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.38%,对照组为72.41%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(χ2=7.035 6,P<0.05);治疗后2组肌酸激酶(CK-MB),羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)水平均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组CK-MB,HBDH水平降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组的每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、射血分数(LVEF)均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组升高幅度大于对照组,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎临床疗效显著,可明显降低心肌酶水平,增强心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of infantile acute viral myocarditis treated with combined Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 116 cases of children with acute viral myocarditis in our hospital from November,2014 to December,2015 were randomized into therapy group and control group with 58 cases in each.Control group was treated with Western medicine,while therapy group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine formula at the basis of therapy of control group.After treated for 6 weeks,clinical curative effect was observed.Results The total effective rate was 91.38% in therapy group and 72.41%in control group with statistically significant difference（χ2= 7.035 6,P〈0.05）.After treatment,CK-MB and HBDH of two groups dropped obviously,difference before and after treatment for the same group was very meaningful（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the reduction range of CK-MB and HBDH in therapy group was greater than that in control group（P〈0.05）;SV,CO and LVEF in two groups raised obviously,difference before and after treatment for the same group was very meaningful（P〈0.05）,but SV,CO and LVEF in therapy group raised higher than these in control group,differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine has an obvious clinical effect on the treating of infantile acute viral myocarditis by reduction of myocardial enzyme,enforcement of cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
