Determination of 8 Elements in Carduus nutans by ICP-AES

目的:通过测定飞廉中的矿质元素含量,探讨飞廉的传统疗效。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了飞廉中8种矿质元素含量。结果:飞廉中大量矿质元素的含量依次为:K>Ca>Mg,微量元素含量依次为:Fe>Na>Mn>Zn>Cu;结论:飞廉中矿质元素的含量和种类对研究其传统疗效具有一定的参考价值。

Objective ： to study the traditional efficacy of Carduus nutans through the determination of the mineral elements content in flying inexpensive. Methods ： Eight kinds of mineral elements in Carduus nutans are determinated by ICP-AES. Results ： the contents of these elements are K〉Ca〉Mg〉Na〉Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu. Conclusion ： These have certain reference value to the research of traditional efficacy of Carduus nutans.
