真寒假热证“口渴与饮水”辨析

Differentiate and Analyse Thirst and Drinking Water of True Cold and False Heat

真寒假热证的临床辨识,难度较大,不少名医都以"口渴与饮水"的特点作为辨证的核心依据。通过分析真寒假热证的证候特点,并参考古今医案,总结"口渴与饮水"可具体表现为六种情况:口不渴,不欲饮;口渴,不欲饮;口渴,喜热饮,饮不多;口渴,喜凉饮,饮不多;口渴,喜热饮,饮量大;口渴,喜凉饮,饮量大。

It is difficult to identify true cold and false heat in clinical. Many famous doctors made ＂thirsty and drinking＂ as the core basis for syndrome differentiation. Through the analysis of the syndrome characteristics of true cold and false heat, as also as with reference to ancient and modern medical records, we summed up that ＂thirst and drinking water＂ can be specifically expressed in six cases ： not thirsty, do not want to drink ; thirsty, do not want to drink ; thirsty, like hot drinks, drink less ; thirsty, like cold drink, drink less; thirsty,like hot drinks, drinking more ; thirsty, like cool drink, drink more.
