摘要
超高效液相-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF/MS)联用技术因其高分辨率、全扫描范围灵敏度高、可提供碎片离子精确分子质量信息、质量范围宽等优势,已广泛应用于复杂成分的筛选和鉴定。综述近几年UPLC-QTOF/MS技术在中药复杂成分分析、药品保健品非法成分检测、食品农残检测及药物体内代谢、疾病代谢等体内、体外复杂基质方面的应用。
The combination technology of UPLC-QTOF/MS has the advantages of high resolution, high sensitivity of the whole scan range,can provide accurate molecular mass information of fragment ions and a wide range of quality, which has been widely used in the screening and identification of complex components. This paper reviewed the application of UPLC-QTOF/MS in vivo and in vitro complex matrices in recent years including chinese herbal complex components analysis, detection of illegally components in drugs and health products, food pesticide residues, drug metabolism and metabolic disease.
