摘要
采用高耐腐蚀型氧化铝陶瓷超滤膜设计了15m^3/d发酵液处理系统。该设计可降低发酵液高倍数浓缩状态下通道被堵塞的概率,增加设备运行的稳定性,还可保证膜系统的长期稳定运行,提高设备的运行效率。
In this paper, the 15 m3/d fermentation liquid treatment system was designed by using the high corrosion resistant alumina ceramic membrane. The design can reduce the probability of the channel being blocked by the high concentration of fermentation liquid, increase the stability of equipment operation, and ensure the long--term stable operation of the membrane system, and improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
