部分智库网站的信息交流结构研究——基于URL互引网络分析

Analysis of the Information Communication Structure of Think Tank Websites Based on the URL Cross-citation Network

[目的 /意义]URL引用是链接分析发展遇阻后,网络计量学中一种新的研究方法。研究智库网站之间的URL互引关系可以了解智库之间在网络上的亲疏关系,探讨不同智库网站的角色与地位。[方法 /过程]借用Webometric Analyst 2.0获取全球45个智库网站的互引数据,将其与智库排名进行相关性分析,验证数据的可靠性;并构建45个智库网站间的URL互引网络,运用社会网络分析法对其进行分析,旨在揭示URL互引网络的主要特征,探究45个智库之间网络信息的交流情况。[结果 /结论 ]研究表明,我国3所智库与其他智库网络交流较少,效率较低。最后,为我国智库网站的建设提出建议。

[Purpose/significance] The URL citation is a new study method of webometrics when the link analysis method development has a bottle neck. We can know close and distant relationships among think tank websites through analyzing the URL cross-citation network. [Method/process] we obtained URL crosscitation data of 45 global think tanks by using Webometric Analyst 2.0. It could prove that the data were reliable while a correlation analysis was considered. Then, we constructed the URL cross-citation network of think tank websites and analyzed the network by using the social network analysis method for exploring the information communication. [Result/conclusion] The results show that three think tanks in China are less connected to other think tanks and the efficiency is low. Finally, the paper offers some proposals of perfecting China’s think tanks.
