纳米氧化锡锑/UV固化水性聚氨酯隔热涂料的制备及其性能表征 被引量:4

摘要 以聚酯二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)等为原料,制备了具有感光性能的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体(PUA),通过溶胶-凝胶法对采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)进行改性,然后将改性纳米ATO与PUA加水乳化制得纳米WPUA/ATO复合乳液,最后通过UV固化制得WPUA/ATO涂膜,研究了ATO含量对WPUA/ATO涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米ATO含量增加,可见光平均透过率降低,红外光平均屏蔽率增加;其中当纳米WPUA/ATO复合乳液中ATO质量含量为9%时,可见光平均透过率为71.43%,红外光平均屏蔽率高达为79.69%,隔热性能较好,特别适合制备涂膜隔热玻璃。 Based on materials like polyesterdiol, isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA), pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) etc., waterborne polyurethane acrylate prepolymer(PUA) with photosensitive property was prepared. Antimony tin oxide(ATO) was modified with silane coupling agents KH570 by sol-gel method. Then nano composite emulsions WPUA/ATO were prepared by emulsifying the modified ATO and the PUA. Finally, WPUA/ATO films were prepared by UV curing, and the effects of the content of ATO on the properties of the WPUA/ATO films were studied. The results showed that along with the increasing of the content of ATO, the average transmittance of visible light decreased and the average shielding rate of infrared increased. When the content of ATO in composite emulsion WPUA/ATO was 9%, the average transmittance of visible light was 71.43%, and the average shielding rate of infrared reached 79.69%. The film shows excellent thermal insulation performance which is suitable for glass with good thermal insulation effect.
