摘要
基于陕西省某三甲医院实例,研究了肿瘤科化疗病人入院安排问题。该问题的核心是为化疗病人合理安排入院床位,针对这个问题提出了一个混合整数规划模型(MIP),该模型的建立结合了病人的化疗治疗方案,研究的目的是在满足相关约束的条件下最小化病人的流失。采用标准线性求解器CPLEX进行模型求解,数值实验表明提出的方法相比现行方法效率更高,病人流失的数量更少,并能够有效平缓医院的床位容量需求,避免床位危机的发生。
This paper addresses a chemo-receiving patient~ sadmissionscheduling problem inan oncology care center of Shaanxi province. The core issue of the problem is assign bed properlyto patients. A mixed integer programming (MIP) model is formulated for this problem in order tominimize patient loss. Specific features of chemotherapy such as chemotherapy protocols areintegrated into this model. We propose an exact method base on CPLEX to solve it. Numericalexperiments on suitable use-case scenarios are performed to test and evaluate this model. Theobtained results not only demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, but also ensure less patientloss and a more smooth need of bed to avoid a bed-crisis happen.
