摘要
基于理论推演出谦卑领导行为影响员工创造力的概念模型,诠释谦卑领导行为影响员工创造力的作用机理。通过实证方法,检验谦卑领导行为对员工创造力的影响作用及其中介变量和调节变量,揭示谦卑领导行为对员工创造力的作用路径和影响效应,以弥补现有研究中从谦卑领导行为视角提升员工创造力的不足。
A theoretical framework is built to explore how humble leadership affects employeecreativity. Based on the empirical research, hypotheses are tested to explain the effects of humbleleadership on employee creativity and the effects of mediators and moderators. The aim is to fillthe gap between leader humility and employee creativity,theoretically and practically.
