热休克蛋白70与2型糖尿病心血管并发症的相关性 被引量:1

Association between serum levels of heat shock protein 70 and cardiovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes melliitus

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与2型糖尿病心血管并发症的关系。方法选取单纯2型糖尿病患者50例(单纯糖尿病组)、糖尿病合并心血管并发症患者50例(糖尿病心血管并发症组)及正常对照者36例(对照组),记录受试者的临床特征,检测其糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖等指标,采用定量夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清HSPT0浓度,并对结果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,单纯糖尿病组患者血清HSP70水平明显升高,而糖尿病心血管并发症组血清HSP70水平进一步上升,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。在单纯糖尿病组中,病程〉5年者外周血HSPT0水平较病程≤5年者明显升高(P〈0.01)。外周血HSP'/0水平与空腹血糖呈正相关(r=0.122,P=0.000),而与年龄呈负相关(r=-1.690,P=0.049)。多因素Logisitic回归分析结果显示,HSP70与糖尿病心血管并发症无明显相关(OR=2.318,95%C10.485—11.092,P=0.092)。结论HSP70可能参与2型糖尿病心血管并发症的发生发展,但并非其独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the association between serum levels of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and cardiovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods We quantified serum HSP70 levels in a simple diabetes group( n = 50), a diabetic cardiovascular group( n = 50) and a healthy control group ( n = 36 ). The clinical characteristics were recorded. The biochemical parameters such as hemoglobin AI c (HbAlc) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) were also evaluated in the subjects. Serum HSP70 levels were measured by a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Serum HSP70 levels were obviously higher in patients with diabetes in contrast to controls and were higher in diabetic cardiovascular group than those in simple diabetes group(P 〈 0.01 ). Serum HSP70 level was also higher in patients with duration more than 5 years than in those with duration less than 5 years in simple diabetes group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum HSP70 was positively correlated with FPG ( r =0, 122 ,P =0.000) ,inversely correlated with age( r = - 1. 690 ,P =0. 049). Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that the level of HSP70 was not the independent risk factor of diabetic cardiovascular complicaitons ( OR = 2. 318,95 % CI 0. 485-11. 092, P = 0.092). Conclusion HSP70 may be involved in the development of diabetic cardiovascular complications, whereas it is not an independent risk factor.
