优化运动技能训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者骨盆稳定性的疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察优化运动技能训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者骨盆稳定性的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的脑梗死偏瘫患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组利用优化运动技能结合常规康复训练方案,对照组仅给予与治疗组相同的常规康复训练方案,两组患者治疗前后进行Fugl-Meyer躯体能力评定表量表(MPP)中平衡项目量表对患者的平衡功能进行评分、功能性步行量表(FAC)评定。结果:治疗组治疗后的MPP评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后的FAC各级比例显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化运动技能康复训练能显著提高脑梗死偏瘫患者躯干骨盆稳定性、平衡能力及步行能力。
