平衡针配合中频电疗治疗卒中后肌张力增高的临床观察

The Clinical Obeservation of PingHengZhen Cooperate with Medium Frequency Electrotherapy to Improve the Increased Muscle Tension after Stroke

目的:观察平衡针配合中频电疗法治疗卒中后肌张力增高的疗效。方法:将90例卒中后肌张力增高患者随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(38例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组则采用平衡针配合中频电治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.38%,显著高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针配合中频电疗在卒中后肌张力增高治疗中的应用效果显著优于常规神经内科及康复治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of PingHengZhen cooperate with medium frequency therapy which used to increase the muscle tone after stroke. Methods： Choose 90 cases of hospitalized patients from neurology, the control group with 38 cases of patients were cured by neurology conventional treatment, the another group named the treatment group with 52 patients were cured by PingHengZhen and medium frequency therapy. Then assessing the clinical efficacy of both according to the Ashworth scale. Results： total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.38%. which was higher than 73.68% that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PingHengZhen combined medium frequency electrotherapy improve muscle tone after stroke is superior to the conventional nerve internal medicine and rehabilitation.
