摘要
端粒和端粒酶在保护和维持染色体的稳定及完整性中发挥重要作用，与很多疾病的发生密切相关，其与衰老和肿瘤的关系近年来备受关注。现介绍2016年第58届美国血液学会年会关于端粒和端粒酶在血液系统疾病中的研究进展。
Telomere and telomerase play important roles in protecting and maintaining the stability and integrity of chromosomes. Telomere and telomerase are elosely related with multiple diseases. and their relatinnship with aging and tumors has become a hot topic in recent years. Relevant reports in the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in 2016 will be reviewed together with advances of telomere and telomerase in hematological diseases.
