再论新时期高校思想政治理论课“主渠道”地位与作用

Re-comment on the Status and Roles of the “Main Channel” of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities of New Times

高校思政课"主渠道"地位的确立,是党的思想政治教育事业发展的一种历史赋予,是基于我国高校思想政治教育实践经验的基本结论。马克思主义基本理论的科学性、系统性和实践性,决定了传播这一思想的教育手段不能是碎片化、感性的和随意的。习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的重要讲话,为反思"主渠道"在社会发展新的历史时期如何发挥作用提供了新的认识基础,为此有必要重新审视"主渠道"新的历史使命和责任。

This paper elaborates the reasons why ideological and political theory course in Chinese colleges and universities can be the ＂Main Channel＂ in the ideological and political education, believing that it is a historical endowment of ideological and political education development of the Communist Party of China and also the fundamental stipulation of higher education in cultivating talents. It makes a deep analysis about the relationship between the ＂Main Channel＂ and the ＂Branch Channel＂ and points out the problems presently existing in ideas and practices. According to the spirit conveyed by the important speech delivered by the General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Philosophy and Social Sci- ence Seminar, the paper expounds the new form of the ＂Main Channel＂ to assume and its historical task to take on in the new times.
