增烯助剂的偏土分散制备法及其反应性能研究

摘要 在FCC装置添加FCC助剂来增加轻质烯烃产率,是炼化企业获得轻烯烃的重要途径,因此制备高效增烯助剂有重要现实意义。本文通过改进ZSM-5分子筛粒子的分散性来改善FCC增烯效果,利用激光粒度仪、BET和固定流化床反应性能评价等手段对样品进行了测试。研究结果表明,采用中位径3.2μm偏高岭土粒子作为促进剂,可促进浆液中ZSM-5分子筛聚集态粒子的分散;采用MK分散法制备的ZSM-5分子筛,可制备出综合性能较好的增烯助剂,能使FCC液化气中的烯烃提高近3个单位。 Refiner obtaining more light olefins by using additives in FCCU was a practiced signifience. To improve the effect of ZSM-5 additive by improving the dispersion of ZSM-5 particles was related. The samples were tested by laser particle size analyzer,BET and the fixed bed FCC evaluation. The experiment results show that the median diameter of 3. 2 μm metakaolin as particle accelerator,may promote the dispersion of aggregated ZSM-5 particles in the slurry. Using above dispersed slurry containing ZSM-5 as raw material,the FCC additive microspheres for increasing light olefins was obtained by spray granulation method. This FCC additive has good effect for increasing olefins: increasing nearly 3percentage points of olefins in liquid petroleum gas.
