Synergistic Preparation of Glass-ceramics from Fly Ash and Natural Cooling Yellow Phosphorus Furnace Slag

摘要 以粉煤灰和自然冷黄磷炉渣为研究对象,采用熔融法制备CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2(CAS)系微晶玻璃。利用Kissinger方程和Augis-Bennett方程计算了粉煤灰-自然冷却黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃玻璃析晶活化能(E)和晶化指数(n)。借助差热分析(DTA),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了晶核剂TiO_2,CaF_2,P_2O_5(由KH_2PO_4引入)对粉煤灰-自然冷却黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃析晶的影响。结果表明:利用粉煤灰和自然冷却黄磷炉渣并添加一定量的辅料可以制备CAS系微晶玻璃。当分别添加2wt%的TiO_2,CaF_2,P_2O_5时,主晶相不发生改变,均为硅灰石(CaSiO_3),但添加2wt%TiO_2或2wt%CaF_2具有降低析晶活化能、促进析晶的作用,而添加2wt%P_2O_5具有增加析晶活化能、抑制析晶的作用。 CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2( CAS) glass-ceramics was prepared adopting fly ash and natural cooling yellow phosphorus furnace slag as main raw material by melting method. The crystallization activation energy E and avrami index n were calculated by Kissinger and Augis-Bennett. The effects of TiO_2,CaF_2 and P_2O_5( added by KH_2PO_4) on crystallization of glass-ceramic were studied by differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the CAS glassceramics can be prepared using fly ash and natural cooling yellow phosphorus furnace slag under the condition of adding a small amount of auxiliary material. The main crystalline phase was Wollastonite( CaSiO_3) by the addition of 2wt% TiO_2,2wt% CaF_2 or 2wt% P_2O_5. The activation energy of crystallization was decreased and the crystal phase was promoted by the addition of 2wt% TiO_2 or 2wt%CaF_2; the activation energy of crystallization was increased and the crystal phase was inhibited by the addition of 2wt% P_2O_5.
