溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法制备硅酸锆包裹硫化铈色料 被引量:3

摘要 以碳酸锆铵((NH_4)_2ZrO(CO_3)_2)和硅酸钠(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠(C_(12)H_(25)SO_4Na)为分散剂,Li F作矿化剂,采取溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法制备ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料。本文研究了制备工艺条件对其合成的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、综合热分析(DTA-TG)等测试手段对实验样品进行表征及分析。实验结果表明:溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法能对Ce_2S_3色料形成较致密的ZrSiO_4包裹层,在750℃的弱还原气氛中煅烧30 min,能合成桃红色的ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料且能使该包裹色料的热稳定性提高到1200℃以上。 Inclusion pigments of ZrSiO_4/ Ce_2S_3 were prepared by the sol-gel and step by step parcel method using ammonium zirconium carbonate and sodium silicate as raw materials,C_(12)H_(25)SO_4 Na as a disperser,LiF as a mineralizer. This paper investigated the effects of preparation process on the synthesis and used XRD,SEM,TEM,DTA-TG and so on to test the characterization and analysis of product samples. The results showed that: the sol-gel and stepwise parcel method make Ce_2S_3 pigments wrapped by dense protected layers of ZrSiO_4 and fired in a weakly reducing atmosphere in 30 min at 750 ℃,can synthesize pink inclusion pigments of ZrSiO_4/ Ce_2S_3 and improved thermal stability of Ce_2S_3 over 1200 ℃.
