摘要
为探讨CaCO_3晶须对碱激发矿渣的强化机理,本文研究了不同晶须掺量(0%~9%)对碱激发矿渣力学和热稳定性能的影响,研究结果表明:CaCO_3晶须可通过减少基体的微裂隙从而显著提高碱激发材料的力学性能;当晶须用量为6%时,强化效果达到最佳,碱激发材料的抗压和抗弯强度分别提高了22.7%和79.9%,另外由于CaCO_3晶须在低于650℃时具有较高的热稳定性,因此,在此温度区间内掺加晶须的碱激发材料的热稳定性得到了显著强化。
In order to explore the reinforcement of CaCO_3 whisker in alkali activated slag,the effect of CaCO_3 whisker content( 0%-9%) on the mechanical and thermal properties of alkali activated slag were studied. The results showed that CaCO_3 whisker could improve the mechanical properties of alkali activated slag through reducing the micro cracks in the matrix. The compressive and flexural strength of alkali activated slag reinforced by 6% of CaCO_3 whisker were increased by 22. 7% and 79. 9%,respectively. On the other hand,the thermal stability of CaCO_3 whisker reinforced alkali activated slag was enhanced before 650 ℃ due to the stability of CaCO_3 whisker.
