摘要
将防腐阻锈剂按照不同比例等量替代水泥,研究其对水泥胶砂力学性能、膨胀性能、抗侵蚀性能、钢筋电极电位的影响,并通过SEM扫描电镜观察水泥胶砂3 d、7 d、28 d的水泥水化产物形貌。试验结果表明:掺入防腐阻锈剂后,水泥胶砂的力学性能、抗侵蚀性能、膨胀性能明显优于基准水泥胶砂;有效阻止了高浓度氯离子对钢筋表面钝化膜的破坏作用,提高了钝化膜的稳定性,具有良好的阻锈性能。防腐阻锈剂可以促进水泥水化,生成较多的钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶,使水泥胶砂结构更为致密,提高了抗侵蚀性能。
The cement is replaced equivalently by a sulfate-resistant and corrosion-inhibiting admixtures in different proportion,to research the influence to performance of cement mortar mechanical property,expansion property,corrosion resistance and reinforced electrode potential. By SEM scanning electron microscope,it can be observed that the 3 d,7 d,28 d cement hydration product morphology of cement mortar. The experimental result shows that after mixed with the sulfate-resistant and corrosion-inhibiting admixtures,the mechanical performance in the middle and later periods, corrosion resistance and expansion property of cement mortar are obviously better than reference cement mortar and they prevent effectively the destruction on reinforced steel bars surface passivation film of high concentration of chloride,improve the stability of passivation film and own sound rust inhibitor performance. Sulfateresistant and corrosion-inhibiting admixtures can promote the cement hydration and generate more ettringite and C-S-H gel and make the cement mortar structure more compact to improve corrosion resistance.
