Prevention and control of myopia： From evidence to practice

近年来，近视患病率在世界范围内不断上升，儿童近视和高度近视逐渐成为影响国民健康的公共卫生问题。关于近视防治的研究不断取得新进展，但在有效性和适用人群上仍存在一定的争议。笔者对国内外重要的研究数据和结果进行了客观的总结，并对近视防治进入临床实践的前景作出初步的评价。

The prevalence of myopia has been rapidly increasing worldwide in recent years. Myopia and high myopia in children have a significant impact on public health. Continuous progress has been made in the prevention of myopia and the control of myopic progression. However, no universal transfer criteria or treatment strategies have been developed yet. This review summarizes the latest evidence on the above issues, and sheds some light on the practical values of possible interventions.
