摘要 目的掌握惠州市登革热媒介动态变化,预防登革热流行,为其防制提供科学依据。方法在惠州市的三县四区40个街道办设立登革热媒介监测点,每月监测伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度,计算布雷图指数(BI)和诱蚊诱卵器指数(MOI)。结果 2015年惠州市输入性登革热病例2例;3—11月全市共布监测点346个,伊蚊BI为2.31~7.02,中位数为4.36,伊蚊MOI为2.98~7.21,中位数为5.17,捕获蚊种均为白纹伊蚊。伊蚊密度高峰出现在5月、6月和9月,各滋生地环境中CI最高是废旧轮胎(9.81%);高传播风险点主要集中在惠城区和仲恺区。结论惠州市人口流动频繁,有登革热媒介白纹伊蚊分布且存在高传播风险点,有登革热流行隐患,应加强监测等综合性措施。 Objective To grasp the dynamic changes of vector of dengue fever in Huizhou City,Guangdong Province,soas to provide the evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods The monitoring points for dengue fevervector were set up among 40 villages(streets) of 7 counties(district) in Huizhou City,and the mosquito larvae and adult densityof Aedes were monthly monitored,and the Breteau index(BI) and mosq-ovitrap index(MOI) were calculated. Results Therewere two imported cases of dengue fever reported in Huizhou City,2015.There were 346 monitoring points in Huizhou Cityfrom March to November,2015,and the Aedes BI was 2.31-7.02 with the median of 4.36,and MOI was 2.98-7.21 with themedian of 5.17. The captured mosquito species were Aedes albopictus and the density peaks presented in May,June andSeptember. Among the different Aedes breeding environments,the container index(CI) of junked tires was the highest(9.81%).The high risk spread points concentrated mainly in Huicheng and Zhongkai districts. Conclusion In Huizhou City,there arefrequent population movement,dengue fever vector Aedes albopictus,and high risk spread points. Therefore,we shouldstrengthen the monitoring and other comprehensive prevention and control measures for dengue fever.
