摘要
传统听评课具有专业性不强、指向性不明、参与度不高的缺点。专业听评课从课前会议、课中观察、课后会议的变化实现基于问题、基于数据、基于合作的突破。听评课沿循技术改进路径却逃不出学校组织文化内隐性与软管理的制约,同时听评课方式的改进又在解构学校组织文化,两者呈相互作用关系。确立共同愿景、培育合作情感、创新制度激励、改变研讨方式、提供外部支持是实现听评课与学校组织文化良性互动的策略。
The traditional class observation and evaluation has the disadvantages of non -protession, unclear direction and lack of participation. Professional class observation and evaluation realizes the breakthrough based on problem, data and collaboration from pre - class meeting, while - class observation, after - class meeting to the new change. Class observation and evaluation and school organizational culture interact with each other. On the one hand, Class observation and evaluation follows technology improvement route, but can not escape the hidden constraints and soft management of school organizational culture ; on the other hand, it deconstructs the latter. Es- tablishing common vision, cultivating cooperative emotion, innovating system encouragement, changing the re- search methods and providing external support are strategies to realize the positive interaction of them.
