论语文教学专业性的迷失与重塑 被引量:2

摘要 作为学校教学科目的一种,语文教学理应具有专业性,这种专业性集中体现为它需要运用较高深的专门知识与复杂的技能,按照一定的专业标准来开展工作。然而,按"专业"的标准来检视,却发现现实的语文教学存在诸如"语文课知识含量不足"、"语文训练不专业"、"泛语文"等种种专业性迷失的现象,而其深层原因则在于语文教学缺乏明确的工作标准及一些语文教师缺乏专业水准。因此,提升语文教学的专业性,一是要建立明确的语文教学专业工作标准,二是要多方面促进语文教师的专业发展。 As one of the subjects in school teaching, Chinese language teaching is supposed to have its own expertise, which requires teachers to have profound specialized knowledge and complicated skills to carry out the work according to certain professional standards. However, when evaluating whether the teaching work is professional or not according to the standard, we witness all sorts of professional loss in practical Chinese language teaching, such as the inadequate knowledge content, the unprofessional instruction in practice and the Pan - Chinese phenomenon. Since the underlying cause lies in the lack of clear and definite standard for Chinese language teaching as well as the unprofessional teachers, there are two approaches to improve the expertise of Chinese language teaching. One calls for the construction of definite standards for professional Chinese language teaching work, and the other relies on the comprehensive development of teachers themselves to become all - round.
