摘要 在健康医疗领域,数学运算能力是公众维护健康和做出合理治疗决策的重要影响因素。本文首先对数学运算能力的内涵进行介绍,然后对数学运算能力与健康相关风险认知、医疗决策模式、健康行为及结果的关系进行系统回顾,现有研究结果表明数学运算能力与健康相关风险的准确理解相关,数学运算能力低的患者更容易做出低质量的医疗决策,表现出更少健康行为,进而获得更不利的健康结果。最后对现有研究的不足展开讨论,并指出未来该领域的研究方向。 Health numeracy is an important influencing factor in maintaining health and making informed medical decisions.We introduce the definitions of health numeracy,and then reviewed the relationship between numeracy and health-related risk perception,medical decision model,health behavior and health outcomes.Recent researches had shown that the numeracy was related to accuracy of perceptions of health-related risks.Less-numerate patients often chose lower quality medical decisions,and performed less health behaviors,and received more unsatisfied health outcomes.Finally,we discussed the limitations of current studies and pointed out the future research direction.
