摘要
呼吸机相关肺炎是机械通气的常见并发症,也是院内感染的常见类型。其发生率和死亡率高,严重影响重症患者的救治成功率,已经成为呼吸机依赖和重症患者死亡的重要原因之一。及时诊断和采取合理的治疗措施是改善患者预后的关键。我们参考国内外相关研究文献,该文主要综述目前呼吸机相关肺炎的诊断和治疗进展,尤其是临床的诊断和抗生素的治疗。
Ventilator-associated pnemnonia（VAP）was common in the patients of mechanical ventilated and also common type of nosocomial infection.Ventilator-associated pneumonia also had high incidence and mortality in critical patients who had got ventilation.And to get early diagnosis and advisable treatment is the key to improving the prognosis of VAP patients.So we summarized the concerned researched finding and publishing with CVP.We just focused on the current progression of diagnosis and use of antibiotics for VAP.
