Da Vinci Endoscopy Assisted and Traditional Radical Prostatectomy Cost-effectiveness:a systemic literature review

通过计算机检索EMBASE、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CNKI和万方,同时检索主要卫生技术评估相关网站,日文数据库主要是日本医学中央杂志数据库、CINII、J-STAGE以及相关网站。筛选文献、提取资料和评价质量后,根据再评价结果做出最终推荐意见和推荐强度。得出DVSS前列腺根治术在某些方面存在治疗优势,但是DVSS治疗前列腺根治术成本效果/效益推荐程度弱。

A comprehensive search of EMBASE、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CNKI and Wanfang Data,meanwhile,and relevant websites of the main health technology assessment,Japanese database（mainly Japanese medical central journal database,CINII and J-STAGE）and other related websites.A final recommendation and its strength of recommendation were made based on the secondary research data after literature screening,information extraction and quality evaluation.It shows that DVSS radical prostatectomy has the therapeutic advantage in some ways. However,the strength of recommendation about DVSS radical prostatectomy（presented by cost/effectiveness analysis）is weak.
