New Progress on Autophagy Mechanism in Cancer Chemotherapy

摘要 自噬是一把双刃剑:一方面过度的自噬可诱导自噬性细胞死亡,另一方面自噬对肿瘤细胞有保护作用,通过将自身坏死的细胞器和错误折叠的蛋白质降解,重新利用养分维持癌细胞生存,造成了对化疗药物的耐受,自噬抑制剂可增加肿瘤对化疗药物的敏感性,因此,抑制自噬联合化疗药物治疗将在肿瘤的治疗方面有很大的前景。 Autophagy is a double-edged sword:on the one hand,excessive autophagy can induce autophagic cell death;on the other hand,autophagy plays a protective role in tumor cells.Cancer cells maintain survival by reutilization of nutrients from the protein degradation of organelles and its error fold,which results in drug resistance.Autophagy inhibitors may increase tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs.Therefore,inhibition of autophagy combined with chemotherapy drugs will have a glorious prospect in the treatment of cancer.
