摘要
建立了气相色谱分析农药乳油中有害物质液态有机标准物质中甲醇,苯,甲苯,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,乙苯,间、对二甲苯,邻二甲苯含量的方法。采用Agilent 7890气相色谱仪,FID检测器,DB-1301毛细管色谱柱(60 m×0.32mm×0.25μm),以正癸烷为内标,乙腈为溶剂。内标法测定农药乳油中有害物质液态有机标准物质中甲醇、苯、甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间对二甲苯含量。甲醇的线性相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率100.1%;苯的线性相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率100.1%;甲苯的线性相关系数为1.000,平均回收率99.8%;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的线性相关系数为0.999 7,平均回收率97.9%:乙苯的线性相关系数为1.000 0,平均回收率101.1%;间、对二甲苯的线性相关系数为1.000 0,平均回收率99.3%;邻二甲苯的线性相关系数为1.000 0,平均回收率102.2%。
A method was established for analyzing methanol,benzene,methylbenzene,N,N-dimethylformide,ethylbenzene,m/p-xylene and o-xylene content in secondary reference material by GC using Agilent 7890 gas chromatograph,FID detector and DB-1301 capillary packed column(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm).Heptane was selected as internal standard.Quantitative analysis of methanol,benzene,methylbenzene,N,N-dimethylformide,ethylbenzene,m/p-xylene and o-xylene was carried out using internal standard method.The linearity correlation coefficient of methanol was 0.999 9,the average recovery was 100.1%.The linearity correlation coefficient of benzene was 0.999 9,the average recovery was 100.1%.The linearity correlation coefficient of N,N-dimethylformide was 0.999 7,the average recovery was 97.9%.The linearity correlation coefficient of ethylbenzene was 1.000 0,the average recovery wasl01.1%.The linearity correlation coefficient of m/p-xylene was 1.000 0,the average recovery was 99.3%.The linearity correlation coefficient of o-xylene was 1.000 0,the average recovery was 102.2%.
