Cluster Development Strategies for Equipment Manufacturing Industries in Liaoning Province

面对发达国家回归实体经济、产业竞争的加剧,我国确立了"中国制造2025"、打造制造业强国的发展战略。装备制造业作为辽宁的优势产业,必须紧密结合国家的战略方针,在新一轮东北振兴中,以制造业集群化发展作为突破口,通过技术创新、结构优化、工业强基和品牌引领等重大工程的实施,实现辽宁由制造大省向制造强省的转变。

Confronting the facts that most developed countries return to the real economy and industrial competition becomes fiercer,China have started the ＂Made in China 2025＂plan to build a powerful manufacturing country. In the new round of developing Northeast China,the equipment manufacturing industry and the dominant industry in Liaoning province must be combined with national strategies,focusing on cluster manufacturing industry through technological innovation,structure optimization,strong industrial base and brand leading to realize the transformation of Liaoning to a manufacturing province.
