Development and Reflection of Cultural Research in Creative Education

创新教育研究中的文化视角主要关注文化模式对创新能力的影响,创新能力发展的跨文化比较以及创新能力培养与传统文化、学校文化、课堂教学文化的关系。通过对已有研究的反思可以发现:不同学科和视角下的研究各有利弊;需要正确认识文化对创新教育的影响;研究内容上要加强对学校文化、教师文化的研究;研究方法上应更加关注和采用"质的研究"。

The cultural research of creative education focuses on how cultural patterns influence creativity;the cross-cultural comparison of the development of creativity,the relationship between the creative cultivation and traditional culture,school culture and classroom teaching culture. The reflection of the existing researches finds that there are both advantages and disadvantages due to different disciplines and perspectives. This study suggests correct understanding of the cultural function on creativity and focusing on the research contents and research methods.
