我国就业质量研究的趋势——一种结构式的定量分析

Analysis on the Trends of Employment Quality in China——A Case Study with Structural Quantitative Method

就业质量问题的研究是近年来学界研究的一个热点,围绕就业质量的研究成果层出不穷。以中国期刊网篇名含"就业质量"的文献作为分析对象,运用结构式定量研究方法,借助NoteE xpress2.0管理软件对我国就业质量研究文献进行总体分析和抽样分析,展现改革开放以来学界关于就业质量研究的整体状况,找出研究不足,探索就业质量研究的发展趋势,深入思考具体的研究建议,以推动我国就业质量问题的研究。

The researches on employment quality are very popular in recent years,and the results of these researches emerge in an endless stream. Taking the title of＂employment quality＂in the Chinese journal net as the analysis object,through the method of structural quantitative research,with the help of NoteE xpress2.0 management software,this study makes a general analysis and sample analysis on employment quality of research literature in China,showing the overall condition of employment quality research of scholars since the reform and opening-up. It tries to explore the development trend of employment quality research,so as to put forward the concrete and in-depth thinking to promote the development of employment quality researches in china.
