仿生草在南堡油田海底管道防护中的应用及效果 被引量:2

摘要 南堡油田地处渤海湾滩海地区,非法取沙、冲刷导致海底管道局部悬空、裸露问题严重,利用二次削挖修正路由及抛填碎石的方法进行了有效治理。2012年再次调查测量中发现新的悬空和裸露,为了从根源上解决问题,开展仿生草防护试验,以验证南堡油田海域仿生草抵御海床冲刷、促进海床淤积的效果,为后续规模应用提供经验和依据。试验和连续3年的跟踪检测表明:南堡油田海域环境满足铺设仿生草的条件;仿生草采用锚固固定及在治理段两端铺设高强织布进行防护设计的方式稳固可靠;南堡油田海域仿生草防护效果理想,年回淤厚度20~30 cm。 Nanpu Oilfield is located in the sea beach area of Bohai Bay. The problems of partial submarine pipeline suspended and exposed caused by sand stealing and soil scouring are seriously. The problems were treated effectively by secondary excavating to modify pipeline route and dumping gravel. In 2012, new suspended and exposed pipeline sections were found through investigation. In order to solve the problem fundamentally, the experiment of using bionic grass to protect pipeline was carried out to verify the effects of preventing scouring and promoting depositing in the sea beach area of Nanpu ~ilfield. Experiment and three consecutive years' investigation indicate that the sea beach area of Nanpu Oilfield is fit to lay the bionic grass; The protection way that the bionic grass is fixed by anchoring and both ends of the treated pipeline section are covered by high strength woven fabric is stable and reliable; The protective effect of the bionic grass in the sea beach area is ideal, and the annual deposition thickness is about 20 - 30 cm.
