摘要
再生器内部的旋风分离器在运行过程中,不断受催化剂颗粒的强烈冲刷而容易老化,因此旋风分离器需要进行更换,而旋风分离器均布在再生器筒体内部,作业空间狭小,且施工环境粉尘较多,给施工带来较大困难。为提高再生器旋风分离器更换施工的工作效率,减少有限空间作业工时,保证施工作业的安全性,在大庆炼化公司100万t/a重油催化裂化装置检修项目中,在再生器筒体内部布置滑车组和倒链,同时在再生器筒壁上开一侧门,利用滑车组和倒链将每台旋风分离器吊移至侧门处,再利用外部的吊车进行夺吊,将旋风分离器吊装至地面上。此工法流程简单,不仅节约了劳动力,同时提前完成施工计划,值得推广。
Cyclone separators in regenerator are easily aging duo to strong scouring by catalyst particles, therefore they need replacing. But separators are uniformly distributed inside the cylinder of regenerator, the narrow operation space and much dust in the construction environment bring more difficulties to the construction, tn the repair project of 1 million t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit at Daqing Petrochemical Company, the following measures were adopted: set pulley block and chain in the generator cylinder, open a side door in the cylinder wall, move each cyclone separator to the side door by pulley block and chain, then move the cyclone separator out from the door and down it to ground by a crime outside the cylinder. This method had the features of simple process and labor saving. The replacement construction plan was completed ahead of schedule.
