摘要
海洋工程项目建设规模大,技术含量高,项目参与方较多,如何有效串联各参与单位的施工活动,协调各方朝着既定目标有序开展工作,是甲方也是各参与方界面管理工作面临的重点和难点之一。对引起海洋工程项目界面问题的主要原因进行剖析,包括合同界定不清、各方进度不统一、信息传递不及时以及相关方项目实施目标不同等,对界面管理和控制的方法、措施进行研究分析,并通过工程项目实例加以验证,旨在为后续项目实施过程中更好地进行项目界面管理提供参考。
For offshore engineering projects with large scale, high technical contents and many project participants, how to effectively link the construction activities of participants and coordinate them to conduct orderly work toward the goal is an important and difficult task in interface management for owner and all participants. In this article, the main reasons causing offshore engineering project interface problems are analyzed including indistinct definition in contract, non-unity schedules among different participants, information transferring not in time and the different project goals among relevant participants. The methods and measures for interface management and control are researched and verified through the ac- tual project example. It aims at providing the reference to subsequent project in interface management.
