Y替代Nb对Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb合金热稳定性与软磁性能的影响

Influence of Y Substitution for Nb on Thermostability and Soft Magnetic Properties of Amorphous Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb Alloys

摘要 利用XRD、DSC-VSM和TEM研究了添加少量Y对非晶态和退火态Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Nb3-xYx(x=0,1,2,3 at%)的热稳定性、软磁性能的影响。对非晶薄带在真空条件下不同温度下退火10 min。结果表明,Y可抑制非均匀形核。Y的添加影响了软磁性能。当试样中Y含量为2%时在700℃退火10 min具有最佳的软磁性能,其饱和磁感应强度达1.28 T。 The influences of minor addition of Y on the thermal stability and soft magnetic properties on amorphous and annealed Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Nb3-xYx(x=0,1,2,3 at%) were investigated using XRD, DSC,VSM and TEM. The amorphous ribbons were annealed at different temperatures in vacuum during for 10 min. The results show that the substitution of Y restrains heterogeneous nucleation. The soft magnetic properties are influenced by Y addition. The best soft magnetic properties are achieved for the x=2 at% sample annealed at 700 ℃ for 10 min, and the saturation magnetic induction density is 1.28 T.
