摘要
利用DIL805A/D、OM研究了Ti-1300合金以冷却速度0.1℃/s冷却过程中的组织转变和显微硬度。结果表明:Ti-1300合金以冷却速度0.1℃/s连续冷却过程中主要发生了β→α相变,α相主要在β晶界和晶内形核并逐渐长大;随着转变温度的下降,α相的形态由颗粒状逐渐长大变成片状,α相的体积分数逐渐增多,显微硬度逐渐增加。
DIL805A/D and OM were used to study structural transformation and microhardness of Ti-1300 alloy during continuous cooling process at a cooling rate of 0.1℃ /s. The results show that β → α phase transformation occurs during continuous cooling process of Ti-1300 alloy cooled at a cooling rate of 0.1℃/ s. Moreover, α phase mainly nucleates in the βgrain boundaries and grain interior and then grows. With the decrease of transformation temperature, the form of α phase gradually grows up from particle shape to flake, and the volume fraction of α phase increases, then,the microhardness increases gradually.
