摘要
对喷射成形Al-70%Si合金进行了变形量为10%的预变形处理,并对该合金的组织、物相和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,预变形处理可细化合金晶粒,改善合金力学性能,但未改变合金的物相组成。与预变形前相比,变形量为10%的预变形处理使喷射成形Al-70%Si合金内部的孔隙减少,提高了合金的抗拉强度和抗弯强度,并降低了合金的弹性模量,显著改善了合金的力学性能。
The pre-deformation with 10% deformation was carried out on spray forming Al-70%Si alloy ,and the microstructure, physical phase and mechanical properties were researched. The results show that the pre-deformation treatment can significantly refme the grain of the alloy, and improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, but can not change the phase composition of the alloy. Compared with the alloy before pre-deformation, 10% pre-deformation process made the pores of injection forming Al-70%Si alloy reduce, increased the tensile strength and bending strength, and reduced the elastic modulus of the alloy, then significantly improved the mechanical properties of the alloy.
