摘要 采用真空单辊甩带法制备出成分为(Zr_(56)Al_(16)CO_(28))100-xYx(x=0,2,4)的合金试样,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学极化曲线和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了该合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,该合金耐腐蚀性优于不锈钢1Cr_(18)Ni_9Ti和(Cu_(47)Zr_(11)Ti_(34)Ni_(8))_(99)Cr_1,且适量的添加Y显著提高了该合金的耐腐蚀性。 (Zr56Al16CO28100-xYx(x =0,2,4) alloy samples were prepared by single roller melt spinning in vacuum. The effects of Y on the corrosion behavior of the samples in 3.5%NaCl solution were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),electrochemical polarization curve and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicate that, in 3.5%NaCl solution,the corrosion resistance of the alloy is better than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and(Cu47Zr11Ti34Ni8)99Cr1, and the moderate Y addition can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy remarkably.
